Old Ordnance Survey
Maps
Alan Godfrey Maps produce reprints of Old
Ordnance Survey Maps and the Brixton Society
offer those which cover the Societys
area. Maps are based on the Ordnance Survey
25 (or 1:2,500) plans and are reduced
to approximately 15 to the mile. The
maps are so detailed that virtually every
house is shown. The complete track layouts of
railways and tramways are shown, as are
factories etc. Reduced in scale, the maps are
produced using high quality camerawork and
are attractively presented. They are folded
and will slip into your pocket for a walk
around the town.
Maps are £2.10 each.
