Lambeth’s Local History Fair has traditionally been the opening event of the Lambeth Heritage Festival, and after an absence last year it now makes a welcome return ‘in the flesh’ in the vast and well-ventilated nave of St Mark’s church where dozens of local society stands, local history experts and bookstalls  will be on hand. The Brixton Society will have a stall at the Brixton Windmill Winter Market. Open from 12 to 3.30pm. We will be selling our books, postcards, and the remaining Local Heroes teatowels.
