DESCRIPTION:In response to local requests\, Brixton Society’s sub-committees\, Friends of Tate Library Brixton (FoTLB) and Friends of Windrush Square (FoWS) have organised ‘Wake Up to Tai Chi’ a weekly and free Health and Wellbeing activity funded by London Community Development in the centre of Brixton for one hour Tai Chi/Qui Gong sessions every Saturday. 9:30 to 10:30am at Brixton Library. Please note that these sessions have proved so popular we ask new people interested not to come along as the sessions are oversubscribed on a regular basis.
