TALK & BOOK SIGNING: The Tate Library, Brixton by Bill Linskey
A new book published by the Brixton Society aims to tell the story of how Brixton came to have the fine library that has been serving its population for more than a century. As the library was the gift of Henry Tate, sugar magnate and philanthropist, we have to tell his story as well.
There will be free light refreshments.
